where do I start, the rooms are decent but the pillows were horrendous, even harder than my worst ex. the extension plug was nice but honestly, I expected complimentary snacks or something elevated for this price. and can we talk about the hard mattress? they really need to raise their standards, I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

The rooftop garden was AMAZING! We spent every evening up there, soaking in the sunset and enjoying the fresh air. The staff were professional and friendly. They helped us arrange transportation to local attractions without any hassle.

The elevator starts above the entrance!!! It's a hassle having to walk up a flight of stairs every time, especially after a long day. Some electrical sockets are faulty, which is frustrating for a traveler with devices!!!

I really enjoyed the spacious and clean Deluxe Twin Room, which had ample luggage space and quality furnishings. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop sitting areas offered a nice spot to unwind. the elevator controls could use an upgrade for better reliability.
